- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst customer service I've ever experienced. We took our puppy in after hours as she wouldn't stop vomiting. The clinic staff kept advising us that they would call us back at a certain time and this never happened. We were constantly having to following up on the well-being of our puppy and what was happening with her. I would think as animal lovers yourselves, that you would appreciate how concerned we were for our puppy and that you might let us know how she was doing, especially when it wasn’t clear what was wrong with her. We were advised by Sarah that an ultrasound would be performed, but when we picked Poppy up on the Tuesday afternoon, this was not done and she was still vomiting. When we took her back in, the vet Rachael was more concerned with going through her price list than with our puppy’s well-being. We would not recommend this Vet clinic to anyone.Christie LoweJuly 28, 2017
